I did day 1 and I was so sore the next day, I almost wanted to quit.. 2 days later & I did day 2. I am sooo glad I did! I feel better, I actually made it thru the whole thing & I even did 30 mins of Pilates after wards to stretch myself after all that cardio & strength. Your pics are so inspirational, I am about to go grab my camera & take my own "before" picture :) I hope to change as dramatically as you did!

You are doing awesome!!! WOW! Congratulations. I am on day 16 of the 30 day shred and haven't seen too much of a change on the scale but can totally feel the difference in my clothing. The program definitely tones the body!

I was not as brave as you w/ posting photos, but I did take measurements. Thanks for sharing your photos, it really will prove to people that this system works. I'm tracking my progress on my blog as well.

Congrats, Christina! I think this is wonderful and your commitment is awesome. I'm one of those people who does it for awhile and then lets it slide and then does it again. It's a cycle.

Thankfully, I have an excuse not to exercise for awhile, but once the baby is born, I know I'll have to gear up to slim down.

Holy crap! That is the best advertisement for that DVD ever. Have you taken your measurements to see how many inches you've lost? Because to my untrained eye, it's a boatload. Good for you for sticking to it and getting such fantastic results.
