I have vowed that I will NEVER go back to how I felt after day 1 of level 1!! But Jillian is ever faithful telling me each day that I&amp;#39;m strong. I&amp;#39;m capable. I did 30 days at level 1 and now I&amp;#39;m on day 11 of level 2. Towards the end of level 2 workout I feel like I want to completely give up, but there she is again encouraging me to push myself. I&amp;#39;ve lost 28 pounds and 14.5 inches since April.
